Welcome, and follow me as I show me Poco M4 Pro and today I will show you how you can

hard reset the device through recovery mode. Now this will also remove a screen lock if you have one that you don't know

So to get started what you want to do is turn off the device

Now before I do so I will just show you I do have a pattern set right here

So I'll progress from the lock screen as though I don't know it. So let's hold the R power key and select power off

Now once the device turns off you want to hold power and volume up at the same time

When you see the Poco logo on the screen, like this, you can let go of the keys and

wait for the recovery mode to show up. From here using volume keys to navigate you want to select the second option which is

wipe data, confirm it with power key, then select wipe all data, confirm

So begin the process and as you can see it only takes about two seconds and it gives

you data wipe successfully. So let's press power key three times and initiate a reboot of the device

Now the process will be continued in the background while the device is turning on

so it will take it several minutes to actually turn on fully and once it has we will be greeted
