Welcome. In front of me I have the GoPro 10 and today I will go
0:09
of unboxing along with a quick overview of this device. Now before I actually get inside of the box I'll quickly go over a couple of specs that you can see right over
0:16
here so we have a 23 megapixel sensor right here and it can record
0:21
either staggering the 3.5k resolution with a 60 frames per second which is outstanding
0:29
And if you're willing to drop it, boy, you can record out 4K at 120 Hz, which is quite incredible
0:38
I don't have some kind of water resistance up to 33 feet, 10 meters, and just a processor that they use in here
0:46
So anyway, let's pop it open now. Unfortunately, there's no way to not damage the box when opening it up
0:52
You do have to literally rip the top off. There we go. so let's just get it out of here
1:00
there we go now additionally a nice thing it comes in the carrying pouch
1:06
straight from the good go remember I did like look at one of the GoPro's way back in a day
1:11
and they didn't come at the carrying case they came into like this plastic packaging
1:15
like a plastic box clear just so you can see the camera inside of it
1:21
but there was like no carrying pouch to it so I really likely moved to this
1:25
and a little bit more of a cheaper approach to this packaging because no one really cares what it came in
1:32
We care what we can actually carry it in and additionally what it comes with
1:38
So obviously you can see there is a bunch of accessories in here So we have obviously the cable for charging now this is a short USB C
1:46
USB C to USB A we also have battery just a single one And we have a little bit of a little mount that you can mount to whatever you want
2:00
So let's see. This kind of goes like this. Oh, there we go
2:11
And we'll just go clip in. And you can push that in just to a little
2:15
push that in just to lock it in place. Ah, but yeah
2:19
And inside of here we get this tiny little screw, just so you can, when you mount it
2:28
just kind of screw it in just to keep it in place. So this is kind of like a what I would call a tripod maybe
2:35
or some kind of like mounting system, you can mount it to a helmet. Now it does use a 3M tape, so it should be good
2:42
It can really pop off. So anyway, let's get into the camera
2:46
There we go. So there's the camera. Now I believe, well, I'm very certain that there is no battery inside of it
3:01
so let's just figure out how to actually open this up. There we go
3:08
You just pull that out. So let's get the battery. story. Now go
3:31
There's a little peel tab so I can take this off. Oh boy come on Not the best feeling experience there we go Finally
3:49
There we go, there is one more here and on the lens
3:53
Let's just power it on and see if there is some kind of juice in here
3:57
There we go. So right at the bad you can see it
4:01
Right here it shows you that it's the Hero Black, or Hero 10 Block edition
4:06
with this kind of weird, can see through the text, you can see what the camera sees in a little bit of a weird way
4:17
maybe just because it's a setup screen. So, it just quickly goes through it
4:21
By using the GoPro, I agree to, yep, obviously, turn on. That's interesting, it actually uses the location
4:30
Sure, let's use it. Insert SD card. Apparently I can't do it without an SD card
4:37
Now let's see if I have one here. So I do have some kind of really tiny 8 gigabyte
4:48
Hopefully it will work. Now this is kind of a laughable size considering this thing records at 4K 120 frames
4:58
So not the best card for this. Let's see where that... Oh, there we go, there's the SD card that's a lot
5:12
So, now we go, locked it in. Let's power it back on
5:23
I'm just going to get rid of the casing right. So there we go Does it change We back in the setup screen for some reason so let agree So on And cool can I just get rid of this Update required How would you know You not even connected to network
5:41
Damn, I'm not going to be going over the updating here on the video, so I'm just going to keep it at this state
5:48
So anyway, this is the camera, GoPro, and all the accessories that it comes with
5:54
Seems fairly nice, to be honest. GoPro does have a really nice stabilization in their cameras
6:03
and additionally, this thing has a staggering 120 Hz or frames at 4K
6:09
which is not really common at this time. So it's an outstanding camera anyway
6:18
So if you're looking to buy this, obviously it's one of the best things you can probably get
6:26
especially for like the outdoor recording. And there's not really much question about it
6:31
And yeah, there's not much I can recommend that would be probably better than this
6:36
especially with this kind of resolutions and frame rates. And additionally, the stabilization
6:41
GoPro does have amazing stabilization. Now, the pricing of this is, what is this, like $700
6:50
I'm looking at my currency and trying to convert it. It's about, I think I'll like
6:56
little bit like 600 maybe, about six, seven hundred dollars. So anyway for this price it seems
7:02
a little bit pricey but yeah delivers something that basically no other competitor does deliver. So
7:07
it's really good. So anyway, I'm kind of repeating myself so I'll finish right here and
