Welcome
0:07
In for me, I have the Google Pixel 6 and today I'll go over unboxing along with a really quick overview of this phone
0:15
Now I'll mention that I already did unbox this device as you'll probably figure out
0:20
You can see this is the foil that would normally be on the screen. So yeah, I'm not gonna try to..
0:30
Anyway, you can already see that the device is fingerprinted. So we just pop it out
0:37
And here, as you can see, the box itself doesn't really have much inside
0:41
We have just a booklet right here with a semi-jecture. And we have a charging cable, which is Type C to Type C
0:49
And then a little conversion from Type A to Type C. Not really sure why you need this, to be honest
0:58
but if majority of us do have a type A to type C connection cable, and it doesn't really
1:05
help with this one. So for me as an example, this cable would be useless because I don't have a type C charger
1:12
So yeah, that's basically all we get in the box. As you can see the box is as small as they get
1:20
This is the phone in comparison, so yeah, no charger in here, that's kind of why
1:27
So anyway, going quickly, as quick as I can, over the specification
1:32
Display-wise, it's a 6.4-inch display with a 1080p by 2,400 resolution. It's a Gorilla Glass Evictus at the front, Gorilla Glass 6 at the back, and aluminum frame
1:43
It has a 90-hertz display refresh rate with an HDR 10 plus certification
1:49
It's also an Amelette display, so it has those perfect blacks. and
1:54
comes with an 83.4% screen to body ratio which you can see
1:59
around here how this curved edges right here just a little bit
2:05
and additionally it posts a 411 pixels per inch so it is a fairly
2:10
dense display in terms of pixel-wise and moving on running the new
2:16
Android 12 which you can probably see right here so if you already seen some
2:23
videos about the Android 12 you probably already are aware there's a bunch of different changes but most of them are cosmetic to make the device
2:30
basically seem a little bit more cohesive I think is the word that I'm
2:35
looking for so yeah so moving on in terms of specifications of this device and
2:42
this one specifically has let me check I have no idea looks like it has no info right here that not very good Maybe at the buck Oh yeah there we go At the buck So this is the 128 gigabyte storage
3:01
So it is the basically the base version of it because we have the 128 and 8 gigabytes of RAM
3:09
and then we also have a 256 gigabyte storage with also 8 gigabytes of RAM
3:14
And this device does not have any kind of expandable storage if I open the crate right here
3:19
here, you just whip out the card out of here. You can see that it only takes a SIM card and only on one side
3:27
There's nothing on the other side. So if you want more than 128 gigs of storage, you will need to opt into the higher version
3:35
of it. Otherwise, it cannot get screwed. Now moving on to the processor right here, we are running, where is the info about it
3:48
this is some kind of like weird processor. See, I can't really find it
3:56
Oh, there we go. It chips at Google tensor. So, yeah, it's some kind of like Google
4:03
either overclock, Snobdragon, or just their proprietary processor. I'm not exactly sure
4:08
But it seems to run fairly well with this device. So, yeah, no problem here
4:14
It does perform like a flagship device would. And additionally, it also does
4:18
doesn't really cost like a flagship device would. This comes at around 600 euros
4:24
So it's cheaper than whatever Samsung can offer. So yeah, props to Samsung for producing a really decent device
4:34
for fairly competitive price or like really competitive. Wait, did I say Samsung? I meant Google
4:44
Anyway, flipping over to the back, you can see that we have just a dual
4:48
camera setup right here, which is kind of barely visible. Let me try to wipe it off
4:55
You can kind of see that we have one here and one here. This right here is a microphone and the
5:00
flash. So the main camera is a 15 megapixel white sensor and then we also have a 12 megapixel
5:05
ultra wide. And at the front if we flip it over, we have a whole punted camera and this houses an
5:11
8 megapixel white sensor. Now when it comes down to cameras at the back you can record out 4K 60 frames
5:17
tops and as 1080 you can record that looks like a hundred and twenty but I
5:24
believe this is already slow motion I'm gonna quickly turn it on and just make sure
5:28
that it's correct or that I am correct so switch to actual video
5:47
Yep so 60 is just the standard recording and then if you go above 60 to like 120 or 240 that is slow motion
6:03
Now while I have the camera open, I'm going to quick just capture a couple photos right here
6:09
See how it does and if it actually focused on the plant
6:14
There we go. Oh, that's actually nice. I can barely see it on the camera right here
6:22
But I selected the plant right here and it does keep focus on it even when I move it around, which is really nice
6:32
There we go. Just popped like two photos right here just for preview
6:40
So here we go, I can zoom in and... And honestly I have no problem here
6:46
The camera looks really decent the photo at least. Yeah it looks really good
6:54
The colors are a little bit more saturated and they are right here, but barely
7:02
And the camera does perform really well here. Now when it comes on to selfie, I don't really feel like testing it
7:12
show my ugly mug so anyway I'm gonna keep it out just the back now finishing off the
7:17
overview of this we also have a built-in battery of 4,614 million power battery and we have a 30
7:26
watt charging on here without the brick we also have wireless charging at 21 watts and reverse
7:32
wireless charging doesn't only specify how quick now I do have a wireless charger embedded in the
7:39
desk so let's see it and action I'm going to zoom out for this
7:50
It's somewhere about right here. Oh, there we go. That's the camera. Let me move it out of the way
8:02
So you can see that it is right now charging. You can lift it up
8:11
Let me lock it and then places back down. If I actually managed to hit it, oh there we go. So yeah, I do
8:19
have a charger under here that's why it's charging. And you can obviously see that it does have wireless charging here. So anyway, the device for the price that it costs is
8:30
honestly really compelling. The fact that other brands like for instance Samsung produces devices that cost a thousand dollars and barely can compete with this It just a clear indication how screwed the market is right now and how much we getting screwed over by brands
8:51
that think that they can pump out devices at such a price when phone like this exists
8:57
And this is not the only product. Obviously, this is one of the more popular brands
9:02
Of course, it's Google, so the majority of the people will know about it
9:07
But as an example, there's also other brands. which are maybe not as liked, for instance
9:15
Xiaomi, primarily because they're not, they don't have the same kind of opinion as an example Samsung does
9:22
But to be fair, they do produce amazing devices are also a really competitive price
9:29
And, yeah, now that Google also is on page with such a prices
9:33
they see it kind of like a good thing. Because if Samsung releases another device at a price of 1,500, it will just get laughed out
9:45
of the market or hopefully it will because that is just ludicrous
9:50
So yeah, obviously if you're looking for a great device also at a fairly reasonable price
9:58
this device hence down is really good. It performs really well as a great screen and good cameras
10:05
So I don't really have much complaint about it. The only thing that I would prefer to have with this device is just a curved display
10:14
just because I personally like it more. That's kind of why I'm still using my outdated Mate 20 Pro
10:22
And other than that, the device, one other thing that I will mention is a little bit bigish
10:28
Like this device when I got it was fairly chunky, the Mate 20 Pro
10:33
And as you can see, in terms of height, they're the same size
10:38
but in terms of just height of it or width of it, the pixel is obviously wider
10:49
As you can see right here. And the fact that it doesn't even have curved displays make this a little bit more
10:57
more of a chunky device to hold. So yeah. But that is my only complaint and that is just straight out of personal preference
11:06
So some people prefer obviously bigger devices, so this will suit them perfectly
11:13
And yeah, so that's just my opinion here. Obviously the device is great and for anybody who's looking for a great device, look no further
11:22
So that being said, if you found this very helpful, don't forget to hit like, subscribe and thanks for watching
