the files from the internal storage to SD card and other way around

Let's start by opening the file manager. To do it tap on this icon right here

Now let's select for example images. Then open the camera folder. And here we have two files

To move them to SD card simply select them. To do it press and hold on one

And now we can select multiple if you want to or only one

Once you're done selecting tap on move right here at the bottom

Then scroll down right here. Tap on SD card. Find the folder you want to put your files into

For example let's find pictures right here. Open it. And then tap on move here to move your files

As you can see our files were moved. So let's do the same for videos

Let's open videos, camera. Select the file. Tap on move. Scroll down right here in the menu

Select the SD card. Select the movies folder for example. And tap move here to move the file

To move the files back to the internal storage simply select the file
