on this device. So to begin with you will need to download the Google Drive app

That is a free app by Google as you can see. Usually comes pre-installed with the

system but if that is not true in your case just get it for free from the Play Store

Sign into the app if you haven't already. Then once at the app tap at this plus sign over here. Choose the scan option

Grant Drive the camera permission. Then once the camera interface launches take a document that you were looking to take a scan of

Lay it somewhat flat and straight in front of you at least to the

best of your abilities that is. Then make sure to make a decent

photo of it. That also do it so that the document occupies the whole viewfinder space. Check the result that you have got

that you've gotten. If you're satisfied with it proceed at the following at the next interface. You can also

additionally crop the photo since that will be the actual document scan that you will have in the result

So make the final adjustments to what will be included in the document

Then see the result one last time. Make sure that you are satisfied with

it. If not just make some more adjustments to it. As you can see in my case it for some reason

lagged and froze. It does not let me proceed further which is very very strange. It should not happen

once again. I'll open the drive, tap at the plus sign, make a scan of my document

check the result, proceed if satisfied, make adjustments as necessary

Then save. Rename the future file if you want to. Change the account that it will be saved to as well as folder

I'm satisfied with the folder that it gave me by default. And then save. And after the final result will be uploaded to drive
