This is Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus and in today's video I would like to show how you can scan a document and later transform it into a PDF file on this device
0:14
So first and foremost, find and launch the Google Drive app. It usually comes pre-installed with the system, so in most cases you will not additionally download any external apps or tools
0:27
In here, as you can see, this is the masks that I confirm my Google account by inputting the password, so that's exactly what I'm going to do
0:37
Then at the app, tap at the plus icon that you should have to your bottom right
0:43
Well, for some reason I do not happen to have it. Okay, so here it is
0:47
Then choose the scan option, grant Google Drive with camera permission and take a photo of the document that you want it to scan
0:57
So, here is mine. Let me quickly take a picture. Then if the result is, well, satisfactory, you can proceed. If not, simply retake the photo
1:13
And at this menu, you can crop the image if required or change its color scheme perhaps
1:19
But I'll personally just trim off some extra blank edges, since the raw file, document rather, is not the most perfect example
1:32
But still, it does the job just fine. And once you're ready to save it as your long-awaited or long-desired PDF file, tap at this checkmark
1:46
In here, you can make some final adjustments, such as renaming your file or document
1:55
and changing the Google account or slash and Google folder that this file will be saved to
2:02
Then hit the save option one more time, wait until your scan gets uploaded, and well, here you have it already
2:10
So, that will be it. Thanks for watching and bye-bye. Microsoft Mechanics www.microsoft.com
