Welcome, my name is Xiaomi Black Shark 3 and today I will show you how to use and also
0:11
set up the screen recording option. So to get started you want to go to notification and on the second page you will have the screen recorder
0:21
So you want to hold that and it will take you to the app where you would normally see
0:26
everything that you have recorded. And from here you want to tap on the gear icon to go into settings where you can customize it
0:32
So number one, resolution, I would say set it to the highest one, video quality 16 to
0:38
20 depending on what you want, high quality you want it, 20 will be the best megabits
0:44
per second. Then orientation, just which way the device thinks that it's always positioned so if you
0:53
choose it to specific orientation that's how it's always going to record it in
0:57
Auto seems actually to be the best in my opinion because when you flip the device over it will
1:01
detect it and automatically flip the recording as well. Then you have sound source, choose whichever one you want
1:08
If you want to add your voice to it, I will choose mic if you want just the sound settings
1:17
or for instance like games or whatever you'll be playing then you go with the system sound
1:23
Now unfortunately there is no both of them at the same time, you can mute it but you
1:28
cannot have both voice and phone sound. Then you have fixed frame rate, record videos with a fixed frame rate, enhance playback
1:41
and social media, not really sure what that will do. But then at the bottom you have the frame rate, is it actually for this
1:50
Let's see. It actually allows me to set a frame rate here, not really sure how otherwise it would
1:55
do it. But as you can see you have 15, 24, 30, 48 and 60
2:02
50, don't even look at that, that's just atrocious garbage. 24, also garbage
2:10
30, only if you're really struggling for space on your device in terms of memory
2:17
48, kind of a wacky frame rate here, not really anything special specific that uses that frame
2:24
rate, not sure why it's even here. And 60, honestly the default and the only one that you should probably be using assuming
2:33
you can handle this frame rate in terms of how much storage it will take
2:38
Now once that's set you can just keep it and forget it
2:43
Then you have lag screen to end, so if you lag the device it will end the recording
2:49
Short touch gestures, whenever you touch on the screen to scroll up, down, it will create
2:54
a circle where you can see on the video where you were pressing
2:59
Visualize navigation buttons, so you will see the buttons. Go back to screen recorder, open screen recorder, start page after you stop recording
3:10
This is kind of redundant, you can do it by simply holding the toggle like I did to
3:15
get into here. So once everything here is set you can simply actually leave this, tap on the recording
3:23
and it will automatically start recording as you can see. And now whatever I will do will be recorded
3:31
Now unfortunately there is no way to also use camera, some devices have that but not
3:35
this one. As you can see once I tap on the square there to stop it, it saves it
3:41
And like I said before also the footage that I have recorded can be found in the app itself
3:46
so if I hold it, it's visible right here. Let's tap on it and you can see how it will look like
4:04
So that is basically recording. And that is how you record anything on your device, I mean anything to an extent
4:12
Some apps, keep in mind, will block you. I'm pretty sure Netflix blocks recording of screen just so you don't record TV shows and
4:21
stuff like that. It's kind of weird but there is few apps that will do that
4:28
So if your recording is just a black screen that means that the app is literally blocking
4:32
your device from being able to record it. But if you found this video helpful, don't forget to like, subscribe and thanks for watching
