hard reset this device through settings. So to get started you want to open up your settings application. There we go

Scroll all the way down to advanced settings, reset options. It gives you a

create out message that this will remove things like account system, app data and

settings, downloaded apps, music photos and user data. The most important part

of this message are the music photos and user data. Rest are usually you can get
