In front of me is a Duo Duo Go J6 and today I'll show you how to transfer files from your

internal storage to an SD card or vice versa. And get started

You want to open up the file manager application and from here you'll see this page right over here

You can transfer files to either SD card or phone storage. I'm going to go with the phone

And in here we have, as you can see, a bunch of folders. So we have a lot of redundant folders but the important ones are things like the DCIM

folder, downloads and pictures at the bottom. So DCIM will contain pictures, videos captured with the device itself, downloads folder

obviously anything that I've downloaded, and pictures folder contains screenshots, which are on wallpapers looks like

So once you find your files, which I'm going to be using photos as an example right here

once you find them, what you want to do is select it and you do so by simply holding it

As you can see then it becomes selected in this blue color and you can tap on additional ones to select more

Once you have selected everything that you want, you have two options. You can either copy it or cut it

Now if you choose to cut, it will remove those files from where they are right now and move them to a new location, or copy will create a duplicate

So let's select one of them and once you have, what you want to do is back out to the place

where you want to move them. So I'm going to go into the SD card and I'm just going to slap it right in the middle

of the SD card. But if I wanted to, I could tap right here to create a folder and then drop it into a folder

But from here, let's tap on the clipboard and there we go. It has moved them

Now if we scroll down, we have the three photos right over here

And if I go back to the phone storage, DCIM, there we go

You can see that there is only one photo left. So that is how you would move any kind of file from one location to another
