measure the heart rate on this device. First we need to wake up the screen on

our watch. To do it press the side button and now we need to find the heart

rate widget. To do it you can scroll through the list of widgets, my bad

by swiping left and right on the screen right here like that. By default the

heart rate widget is the first one if you swipe left on screen like this. Once

you find the widget put your watch on your wrist of course, secure it tightly

so it holds well and then tap on the tap to measure button to start the
