Hi, in front of me I have Huawei Band 6 and I'm gonna show you how to measure the heart

rate on this device. First, a quick disclaimer. If you want to get the most accurate results for your heart measurement, heart rate measurement

get the most accurate results. I'm just gonna put the finger right here on the sensor to show how it works but my results

might be not too accurate. OK, now let's continue to the measurement itself

Usually you will need to wake up the screen on your band and you can do it by pressing the side button or just lifting it up

My screen doesn't turn off because I enabled the option called Screen On right here

So you can see how the heart measurement works without interruptions. OK, once you wake up the screen simply swipe left or right on the screen to go through

the list of widgets. By default if you swipe left on the screen you will open the heart rate widget right

Right here at the top we have the current heart rate. As you can see it doesn't detect anything because we don't have anything placed on the sensor

Below we have a graph. That's a daily graph for your heart rate

And here we have the max heart rate and the lowest heart rate number

OK, now I'm gonna place the finger on the sensor and you will see that the icon started moving

That means that the heart rate is being detected. And after some time we should get the number

And here we have it. Like I said before I'm placing the finger on the sensor so the results might be not

too accurate. Also it's measuring the heart rate in the real time so the number will jump around probably

As the number stabilizes that means that's the current heart rate. OK, I'm gonna take off my finger

And once you're done measuring your heart rate you can simply press the side button
