the heart rate on this device. Before we start a little disclaimer. If you want to have the

most accurate results of your measurements make sure to put your watch on your wrist

and secure it tightly so it won't move around and while you're measuring keep still basically

I'm just gonna use my finger behind the sensor but because of that my results might not be too accurate

Okay, now let's go back to measuring. To measure our heart rate we need to press the down button

while we are at the main watch face to scroll down to the health stats widget and as you can

see it already is measuring the heart rate because this widget is measuring the heart rate in real

time. I'm gonna put my finger behind the sensor. This number will jump around and once it stabilizes

it should be your current heart rate. It's gonna close itself after a couple of seconds for some reason so you can go back to the widget

As you can see the heart rate is jumping around. Okay, you can also press the start button on this

widget to open the expanded view of the widgets and here we have the heart rate widget which shows

our stats from the last four hours and basically you can check the levels of your heart rate in

the four hour period, right? Next, then we can press the down button to scroll to the stress. Here we can

check our stress levels and then battery or body battery level in the last hour period also
