sim and micro sd card. So at the very beginning let's hold down power key for a few seconds just to switch off your device

So let's hold down power key. When the following menu pops up let's simply choose power off and tap power off one more

time just to confirm the whole operation. Afterwards let's find the cavity at the right edge of the device, right here

And let's simply use your nail finger in order to open the back panel
