reset this phone through settings. So to get started, let's open up settings

From here, scroll all the way down to system, select reset options and then select erase all

data factory reset. This brings up a message letting you know that performing this removes

your Google account, system and app data and settings, downloaded apps, music, photos and

other user data. Now the most important thing that it removes here would be the music, photos
