Welcome. In front of me is a realme C67 and today I will show you how you can
0:05
hard reset this device through recovery mode. Now with that being said, doing such a reset will also... or let's start off by saying that
0:17
actually doing this reset allows you to get rid of a screen lock. So if you have one set that you
0:21
don't know this will get rid of it but doing such a reset will most likely mean that your device
0:27
will become FRP locked. So if your phone... if I unlock it quickly and navigate into the settings..
0:36
if your phone has a Google account signed in right here, then this account will become one of the verification methods later on in or throughout
0:50
the setup process. That would be one. The first one would be your screen lock but assuming you're
0:55
doing this because you don't know your screen lock then that would leave you with Google account
1:00
Now I am mentioning this because for some people that might be very important and a second thing
1:05
is that I will be actually showing a video on how you can bypass this and then completely remove
1:10
this kind of protection for people that don't know either one of those and just need to get rid of it
1:16
But now jumping to the actual reset right here I'm gonna lock the device and progress from here
1:21
as though I don't know my screen lock. So number one let's hold our power button and select power
1:26
off once it shows up. Assuming it's going to show up. Let's try volume up and power button
1:34
Ah there we go. So select power off and once the device turns off hold power button and
1:41
volume down at the same time. Once you see the realme logo let go of the power button but keep holding volume down
1:57
till you see the language selection. Oh I guess we don't have the language selection here. So you might see this. For some reason it's
2:10
in Russian or Cyrillic. So to get past this all you want to do is hold power button and press
2:16
volume up and this then redirects us to the recovery mode. Here using volume buttons scroll
2:21
down and select wipe data factory reset and once selected confirm it with your power button
2:27
and select factory data reset. At the bottom you'll see formatting data and then you should have
2:34
data wipe complete. Come on. Let's give it a moment. Once there we go data wipe complete at this point reboot system now
2:43
will be selected by default. So press power button once again to initiate reboot which
2:48
will continue resetting of the device in the background. Now because it is continuing that
2:52
process it's going to take the device a little bit longer to boot back up so don't worry that
2:56
it's completely normal. Once the reset is finished we will be presented with android setup screen
3:03
So I'll be back once that is visible for me. And as you can see the process is now finished and you could set up your device however you like
3:11
That being said for me this device will be FRP locked which we should have
3:15
a lock icon show up somewhere here in the status bar in a moment. Let's see if it's going to show up
3:23
There we go. So it just popped up. So let's go ahead and boot it up
3:29
Let's see if it's going to show up. Oh there we go so it just popped up. So for me I will be recording at least for this device
3:38
a bypass on how we can get rid of this in the next video for people that will be interested
3:43
in that. Now that being said if you found this very helpful don't forget to hit like

subscribe and thanks for watching
