the device through recovery mode. And this process will also remove a screen lock if you have one that you might not know

So number one, let's hold the power key, select power off, and let the device shut off

same time. And it should be in the boot mode. So from here, using volume keys, you want to select recovery mode, as it is visible

And you should now see the Android with no command. So to get past this, all you need to do is hold the power key and press volume up once

and this will take you to recovery mode. And from here, again using volume keys, you want to select wipe data, factory reset

There we go. And then confirm it with power key. And then select factory data reset, the same way as before

And the process will begin, as you can see at the bottom, formatting data. And then next thing we should see is data wipe complete with reboot system now selected

by default. Okay, so there we go. As you can see, it's selected by default, so press power key, and this will initiate

the reboot. Now this will continue the process in the background, so it will look like the device
