Welcome! In front of me is a Lenovo Tab M8 and today I'll show you how you can

hard reset this tablet to recovery mode. So before we get started I'm gonna mention that this process will remove

screen locks so if you have one that you just don't know this will just

completely get rid of it. Now unfortunately if you also have a Google account signed in on this tablet it will lock the device and what you will need

to do from there is when you're going to the setup process. This tablet will force

you to verify either the previously set up screen lock or the previously logged

in Google account. I'll be making a guide on how you can bypass this as well

if you are interested in that but now jumping straight to this one I'm gonna

progress from here from the lock screen as though I don't know my pattern. So

number one we will need to turn off our tablet so hold power key select power

off and wait for the device to turn off. Now once it turns off you want to hold volume up and a volume down at the same

these two keys and then using volume buttons scroll down to wipe data factory

reset confirm over the power key and again select factory data reset. At the

bottom you'll see formatting data and then data complete at which point

reboot system now will be selected by default so I'll press power key to confirm with that and it's now rebooting and also continuing reset process in the
