And following me is a Cubot X19S and today I'll show you how to reset the device through

recovery mode. Now this process will also remove a screen lock if you have one that you as an example

don't know. You could have set it up by mistake or maybe your child did

So whatever the case may be, I'm going to quickly lock the device so we can see I do

have a pattern. And we're going to start off with the process. So hold the power key, select power off

And once the device turns off you want to hold the power key and volume up at the same time

So let's just wait for it to turn off. So power key, volume up

This will take us to the boot mode. There we go. So in here, as you can see, we have several options

I know that they're barely visible right here, but we have the recovery mode, we have the

fast boot mode, and then lastly we have normal boot. The last option will basically bring us back to Android

So we want to select the first option and you do so by pressing only volume up

As you can see the arrow goes up and down. So we want to select the first option

So basically you can't really read what's on the screen. You simply press it till you see the arrow jump all the way to the top

And from there press volume down to confirm it

And you should see the Android with no command. So hold power key and press volume up once, which will take you to recovery mode

And in here you can use both of the keys, volume keys, to navigate

And using those you want to scroll down and select wipe data factory reset

Confirm it with power key and select yes. It's going to say formatting data and then data wipe complete, at which point reboot

system now should be selected by default. So press power key once more and this will initiate the reboot

Now this will probably take a couple minutes, so just be patient. It is performing a factory reset of the device in the background

And once it's completed, you should be greeted with the Android setup screen
