Welcome, in front of me I have TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra and I'm gonna show you how to enable

and how to disable the power saving mode on this device. First we need to wake up the screen on our watch and you can do it by pressing the upper

or the lower button. Once you wake up the screen, swipe up and down from the top of the screen to open the

quick panel, then tap on the settings icon to enter the settings

In settings scroll down, find the system option and tap on it

In system tap on essential mode and now to enable the power saving mode scroll down and

tap on the check mark. The watch will enter the essential mode and this is basically the power saving mode and

the screen will become basically, the backlight on the screen will be basically off

You will see this on the screen, you have access to date, time, steps, I believe this

is seconds and also the battery life. And you can't do anything else on the watch

In this mode the watch saves a lot of more battery basically

And if you want to disable the power saving mode, the essential mode, simply press and

hold the upper button and keep holding it until you see the TicWatch logo on the screen

Once you see the logo you can release the button and wait until the watch is done rebooting
