you can enable and also set up your portable hotspot. So to get started pull down your notifications and

extend the list. Somewhere in here you should be able to locate the hotspot toggle

So no never mind I don't think that's it. Now if you can't find the toggle for it it might be that it is just turned off but

I did locate it right now. So for me you can see it is right here in a corner

Once you locate it the first time around I recommend holding it. This will quickly take you to the settings where you can customize it

which probably one of the first thing you want to change is the hotspot password

By default it's just going to be randomly generated letters and numbers

so we can remove this and set our own. It does need to have eight characters in length at minimum

at which point you will be able to save it. And there's a couple additional things you can change here if you want to

AP bands security can turn it off altogether if you want to though I don't recommend it

And change the hotspot name if you want to. From there click on that checkbox to save it

You do have one more thing right here so automatically turn off personal hotspot after 10 minutes which I do recommend keeping on

So once you forget to turn it off yourself the phone will do it for you and

thus also save your battery a little bit because hotspot does consume a little bit more of your battery life

Now once you set it up you can turn it on quickly from here, settings

And you can also toggle it on and off from here from the notifications where we first

located the toggle. So right now it's running and I could connect to it and like I mentioned once you're done

with it you can either just let it run for 10 minutes and it will turn off automatically
