Hi everyone, in front of me I've got Nokia X30 and let me share with you how to enable Google Backup on this device
0:10
So first of all let's open the settings and here we have to scroll down to the very bottom to find System option
0:18
Now let's tap on Backup which is kind of right in the middle. So let's tap and as you can see we've been immediately transferred to the Google one
0:26
So that's the only option to backup the data. So simply tap on Add account and make sure that you've got the internet connection because it is required for this operation
0:35
And from this step we can either create a new account if you do not have your own yet or simply type your email or phone so let me do it
0:42
What's more a quick disclaimer you do not have to enter the full email address just the very first part of it before the add symbol
0:49
and after tapping on Next your device will simply autofill it. So right now we have to enter the password so let me do this out of the screen
0:59
All right let's tap on Next. Here we've got Google Terms of Service and Privacy Policy so of course you can read it just tap on it and here we've got all the info
1:13
Let's tap on I agree after reading. And here we've got some info about some details about the backup with the Google one
1:23
So as you can see you can use 15 gigabytes of Google account to backup apps and apps data, call history, contacts, device settings and text messages
1:31
So quite a lot of options quite a lot of things. Here you've got the information that your device will backup the data automatically and store it securely
1:40
And of course you can manage the backup easily whenever you want to. So just tap on Turn on and as you can see we just entered the backup section
1:48
So here we can check the account storage we can check how much space we've got left
1:54
We can manage the storage so we remove some unnecessary files and so on
1:59
Here we've got the backup details so the things which your device already backed up
2:04
And here we've got the advanced settings and backup using mobile or method Wi-Fi data
2:09
I'm talking about that because I really highly recommend to keep this option turned off
2:13
It is because that if you will backup the data using a kind of regular Wi-Fi then you can be sure that you will not be charged for accessing for example the Internet limit which you've got
2:26
So really remember about keeping this option turned off. And basically to complete the backup to start backing up the data just tap on backup now
2:36
And as you can see our device will simply backup the data. So basically that's all
2:41
This is how to enable Google backup in your Nokia X30. Thank you so much for watching
