another device, you can do that without losing any data. To do it let's wake up the screen on our watch by pressing the home button, then swipe downwards

from the top of the screen to open the quick panel, here scroll up and tap on the settings icon

In settings scroll all the way down and tap on the option called system and updates

Here scroll down and select disconnect option and right here as you can see you have some

info about this option. So basically, like I said before, this option will disconnect your watch from your phone

and you won't lose any data from your watch in the process. So basically you can change the phone you're using with your watch without losing any data

Now let's scroll down and tap the checkmark to confirm and after few seconds you should
