Here I've got ZTE XM9 Pro and let me show you how to activate portable hotspot on the

following device. So at first let's open list of all applications, then find and select the settings, now locate

Here you'll notice WiFi hotspot, to activate it smoothly, pick the first switcher and now

and from now on you can easily share WiFi. Then if you'd like to switch off your portable hotspot all you have to do is to tap on this switcher

Now if you'd like to change the network name and the password all you have to do is to click on Configure and by tapping on the hotspot name you can delete the current one and enter
