SIM card to the device. And to get started, you will want to open up the standalone contacts application, which

you can find in your app tray. So right over here. Skip signing in

So once you see this section right over here, you probably will have some contacts on your

device I assume. But what you want to do is tap on the three bars right over here, go to the settings

At the bottom you should see import option. Once you tap on it, it will give you two options

You can either import from VCF file or SIM card. So we're going to go with the SIM

Tap on OK. And by default, all the SIM contacts that are on your SIM card will be selected

So you want to deselect contacts that you don't want by simply tapping on the check

mark right there. And there we go. Now I'll also mention that you might also see some contacts that are basically deselected

and grayed out. So you cannot select them. That is because a specific contact that you want to actually import already exists on

your device. So the device is basically blocking you from adding second contact that already exists
