Hi everyone, in front of me I've got Google Pixel tab and let me share with you how to check the total screen time on this device

So first of all we have to enter the settings and in this left section let's scroll down to the very very bottom to find digital well-being and parental controls

And as you can see after tapping on it we will have this graph which will show us for how long we've been using this device today

As you can see I've been using it for 42 minutes, most of the time I've spent on the settings

I had also 20 unlocks and 17 notifications. Of course if you want to you can learn more so get to some further details by using two different ways

So the first one is to tap inside this graph and here we will have this dashboard which will show us for how long we've been using this device in particular days of the week

You can of course get back to the previous weeks also. You can change the screen time to the notifications received and times opened and at the bottom you've got the list of apps which you've been using with the exact time you've spent on them

And the second way is to tap on the particular app. So for example in my case the settings or the YouTube

Let me pick the settings and again we've got the dashboard but this time it is tightly connected with only this one app

So we can check that I've been using the settings on Wednesday for 4 minutes

Again screen time to the notifications received and times opened and here from daily to hourly

So basically that would be all. However just a quick disclaimer about the ways to disconnect because they can be really really useful

If you need the time for yourself, if you need or you want to rest from the screen time you can set for example the focus mode

You can pick some distracting apps and then set a schedule and your device in this particular schedule in particular days or hours

Or simply hide the notifications from those apps which is really really useful
