Hello! In front of me I have Garmin VivoSmart 5 and I'm gonna show you how

to change the screen timeout duration on this device. Basically how quickly the

screen will turn off after we stop using our smartband. First we need to wake up the screen on our smartband and you can do it by

tapping on the screen or by pressing the button right here. Once you wake up the

screen press the button to open the menu. Now scroll through the menu, find

the settings icon and tap on it to enter the settings. In settings scroll down

find the option called the system and select it and here scroll down find the

option called timeout and then tap on it and right here we can select the timeout

duration. We have three options we have short, medium and long. Select the one you

like and then tap on the check mark to confirm. As you can see now the timeout

is changed to medium. So it should turn off after a couple of seconds basically

automatically after you stop using the touchscreen on your smartband. Right about somewhere now like this. And once you're done customizing your settings
