Welcome! In front of me I have Garmin Fenix 7X and I'm gonna show you how to

change the language on this device. Let's start by pressing and holding the

up slash menu button to open the menu. Now scroll down through the menu. You can

do it by using the touch screen or pressing the up and down buttons. Scroll

down through the menu until you find the system option. Then select the system

option by tapping on it or pressing the start slash stop button. Now select the

language and here you have the list of languages you can select. Find the

language you like to use and tap on it to select it. For example let's select Deutsch

And after a couple of seconds, as you can see, the language should change. You can

also change the language via the phone app if your watch is paired with a phone

So let's bring our phone right here. Open the Garmin Connect application on our

phone. Then tap on this icon right here to open the menu. Scroll down, tap on Garmin
