on the following device. So at first you have to open list of all applications, then find and select the settings

Here you have to pick system, it's here. And now go to date and time

And you can either use automatic date and time or you can change it to GPS provided

or not provided time and it's still automatic one. And then you can switch automatic setup off by tapping on off

And then you can set date and time manually by yourself. So from now on it's up to you what date and time it currently is

And then you can pick one from the following list. So as you can see all time zones are included here

So to switch 12 hour format clock to 24 hour format clock, smoothly tap on this tab
