change the backlight timeout duration on this device. Basically how quickly the

backlight turns off after you stop using your watch. First we need to press and

hold the up slash menu button to open the menu. Once you open the menu, scroll

down through it until you find the system option. You can use the buttons or

the touch screen to scroll down. Once you find the system option select it by

tapping on it or pressing the start slash stop button. Now scroll down, find

the option called backlight and select it. And here we have couple of options

During the activity, general use and during the sleep. During the activity is

basically when you're performing some activity and you're tracking it on your watch. Next we have general use. It's basically when you're using your watch

and not performing anything like activity. And next we have during the

sleep. So if your watch enters the sleep mode basically you can customize it then

And first let's customize the timeout for during activity. So let's tap on

activity, scroll down and at the bottom you should have the timeout. Tap on it and

here you can select 4 seconds, 8 seconds and 15 seconds. Oh, you have even more
