Hi everyone, in front of me I've got Oppo A38 and let me share with you how to enable the developer options on this device
0:11
So let's start with opening the settings and then we have to scroll down to the very very bottom to find about device
0:18
Now we have to localize a special number which is called build number and I believe it will be under the version
0:24
So let's tap on it and as you can see the build number is right on the top
0:28
So all we have to do right now is to simply keep tapping on it until we will see that we are in the developer mode
0:35
Be aware that if you've got any kind of screen lock your device will ask you to enter it to confirm this whole step
0:41
So after this information we can simply go back to the general settings right here and then tap on additional settings
0:48
And then let's scroll down and as you can see almost at the very bottom
0:52
we've got the option we're looking for. So let's tap on the developer options and here
0:57
we've got plenty of advanced settings which we can customize. So for example we can manage the window animation scale we can force the RTL layout direction
1:08
So show surface updates visual feedback for tabs. Here we've got some options where to connect it with the networking because we've got the Bluetooth options USB Wi-Fi etc
1:17
So quite quite a lot of options to choose from and to customize
1:22
So basically all you have to do in order to turn on the feature is to simply tap on the switcher
1:28
and your device will immediately apply the option. Of course you can turn it off the same way just by tapping on the switcher
1:36
And if you've got the options without the switcher obviously you have to simply tap on it to open more options to choose from
1:43
As you can see I've accidentally changed the animation scale to five times
1:48
Instead of I believe it was it was here like yeah maybe a little bit too fast
1:55
All right so basically this is how it works. Just be aware that the developer options are advanced
2:02
So be sure that you will customize the options which you really know what they mean
2:08
Because you can basically harm your device. All right if you want to turn off the developer options if you're done with customization
2:17
you can turn them off just by going to the top of the list and tapping on the switcher
2:21
And as you can see and the options will basically disappear. We've got some left however they are inactive
2:28
And after getting back to the system settings to the additional settings to be precise the
2:34
developer options will disappear. But of course no worries you can customize them again
2:38
Just go back to the build number step and keep tapping. All right so that'll be all
2:43
