brightness on this watch. First we need to wake up the screen on our watch and you can do it by

pressing any of the buttons. Once you wake up the screen press the upper button to open the menu

Then scroll through the menu, find the settings icon and once you find the settings icon tap on

it to enter the settings. In settings find the option called display and tap on it. And here

you should see the brightness option. Tap on it. By default the adaptive brightness will be enabled

but if you want the brightness level to stay at the level you set it you need to disable this

changing automatically according to the surrounding light. So disable the adaptive brightness

then tap on custom and here you can adjust the brightness by swiping on the slider. So adjust
