So let's start with opening your contact list. Let's find the contact you'd like to edit and tap on it, so for example this one

Let me quickly remove the photo so I can show you what you will see after entering the photo without any kind of contact assigned

And then we can tap on a picture or simply the circle. Here we've got three different sections so the illustrations you can choose something from the

from the online available options, google photos which is basically your own gallery

the device photos it is divided into the gallery again or the camera you can tap on it so your

device will open the camera up and you will be able to catch a photo of the person who's in front of you
