And for now I'm using a Nifas X20 and today I'll show you how to perform a hard

reset of the device in order to get rid of a screen lock. So let me just lock the

device so you can see that there actually is a screen lock and cover the

camera as well. There we go. So you can see there is a screen lock and without it you

can't really proceed. So to remove it you will start off by powering up the device

so hold power key and select power off. Now I'm holding the camera because I

also have it added the face ID so if I wouldn't hold it it just automatically

unlocks the device. So now that the device is off you want to hold the power

key and volume up both keys at the same time. And I think I just held it for a

little bit too long so let's try that again. And let's go and see the Nifas logo

And we're now in the recovery mode. So from here you will use both volume keys

to navigate so volume down to go down and volume up to scroll up. And you want

to select wipe data factory reset that way and confirm it with power key
