through recovery mode. Now this process will also remove a screen lock if you have one that you

don't know. And when I unlock my device you should be able to see that I do have a pattern set right

here and I'll progress from here as though I don't know it. So number one we will want to hold the

power key in order to power off our device. And once the phone is off you want to hold power key

and volume up at the same time. So I'm gonna do it right now. Now it looks like if we hold it for too long it reboots again so once you see the Epoco logo let

go of the power key and you want to keep holding volume up. And there we go this will take us to

the recovery mode. So from here you want to select wipe data. Now it looks like we need to use volume

keys to do that so volume up and down will navigate up and down and power key will confirm

the selection. So wipe data then select again wipe data or all data in this case and then confirm

And there we go data wipe successful so press power key once and again and again and this will

reboot the device. Now it will continue the process in the background so just let it run through and
