Here I have Alcatel Shine and let me show you how to enable ADB on the following phone

So at the very beginning let's hold down power key for a few seconds, let's tap power off

and wait until your phone is completely switched off. Afterwards let's use the following combination of keys, power key and volume up

Let's hold down together these two keys for a few seconds, so keep holding both keys and

release them as soon as Alcatel logo pops up. Wait a couple of seconds and as you can see Android recovery appears in front of you

You can navigate here by using both volume keys and confirm options by pressing power button

At first you have to choose your desired language, in my case let it be English, so let's press

You may navigate here in the same way by using volume keys to navigate and power key to select it

So if you would like to enable ADB let's scroll down to the bottom of the list and choose

enable ADB. Let's press power key to confirm it and as you can see you just enabled ADB
