First of all we have to enter the settings and then scroll down to the very bottom and tap on system and updates

Then let's tap on date and time and as you can see here we've got some options which we right now cannot customize manually

because everything is set automatically, it is I believe network based. So first of all we have to turn off this option just by tapping on the switcher and right now we can freely tap on date
