Welcome! I'm Fenomi, the Redmi Note 11 Pro, and today I'll show you how you can copy your contacts from the SIM card to the device

How to get started To get started, you'll want to open up the Contacts application

It will be in the Google folder. From here, select Fix and Manage, and then Import from SIM

This will then show you all the contacts that are located on your SIM card. By default, they should all be selected, as long as none of these contacts already exist on your device

If some of them do, these specific contacts will be checked off and also greyed out, so you cannot select them yourself

And obviously, as you can see, you can deselect contacts that you might not want

From there, click on Import, and this will import all selected contacts

Now, there are additional options, which I didn't really have right here

So, if you are logged into a Google account, which chances are you probably are

you can import contacts either to the phone or to the Google account

Now, when doing this, you just have an additional setting right here, like a drop-down menu, where you can select where you want to import contacts to

Once you select where you want to import them, you might need to change the location from where the contacts are getting pulled

By default, at least for me right now, it's showing me contacts that are on the device

But if I tap on this icon right here, it will give me... well, it won't give me actually a SIM card, which is a little bit weird

But it will more certainly give you a Google account, somewhere like right here below, as an option

I can click on that, and it will then show you all the contacts that are assigned to this specific Google account

And you can just swap between them, either the device or Google account
