First, let's wake up the screen on our watch. To do it, press the upper or the lower button, then swipe down from the top of the screen

To open the quick panel, here tap on the settings icon. In settings, let's scroll down and tap on display

Then, scroll down, find the screen timeout option, tap on it and here we have a few options like 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes

Tap on the option you like to select it, for example 1 minute, and now our screen will turn off after 1 minute of an activity

We can also adjust these settings by using the phone app, so let's bring our phone right here, open the Galaxy Wearable app on our phone
