Welcome! In front of me is an Enfinix Smart 8 and today I'll show you how you can enable your power saving mode
0:11
So to get started, pull down your notifications by swiping down from the top of your screen
0:16
and locate the power saving mode. It might be added by default. If it is, it should be visible
0:23
somewhere here or it might not be. If you swipe down, it will extend the toggles and give you a
0:29
name under them, but as you can see there is no power saving here. So we can click right here on
0:35
these three dots, select edit shortcut switches, and then find it somewhere below. We do have
0:43
ultra power saving mode. I will add that just so I can showcase how that looks like. And it actually
0:49
looks like that's the only one we have here. So I'll go back. So starting off with this mode
0:56
and I enable it. It gives me a new window giving me a option to selected apps. So these are the
1:05
apps that if I am correct will be able to use in this mode. It's ultra power saving mode for
1:13
the name for a reason. It also gives us the info that this will extend our battery life
1:18
to last about 41, almost 42 hours. And we can select enable. Enable
1:30
And there we go. So it's as you can see, that's it. We have a couple options here
1:35
which I can barely see. Let's see. Oh, okay. So those are not very visible right now
1:41
but we do have three options. So we have Wi-Fi right here as a tile. So our notification tray
1:48
pulled permanently down. Next that we have data. So the middle option is the mobile network. And
1:56
then the last one is location services. See if I can actually maybe get it to pick up. Can kind
2:01
of see it a little bit now. There we go. It's getting saved right now. Anyway
2:11
So once you're done, there is an exit button right over here. So you can click on it
2:16
and confirm it. And this will revert the changes and take us back to the
2:20
normal mode. Now that being said, there should be also a normal power saving mode. Let's see
2:25
if I can find it. Assuming there is one. Brightness. Brightness
2:39
Battery settings. Power boost, ultra power. There we go. Battery saving settings
2:45
So we do have a more traditional power saving mode and sleep standby. This looks like it only
2:54
affects the standby mode, meaning like when you lock the device and don't use it
2:59
There we go. Battery saver. And here we can enable it. So that would be the more traditional
3:05
power saving mode that it can enable. Though for that you need to go into your settings and
3:11
enable it like I have just done and disable it the same way. So unfortunately there is no toggle
3:16
for it. But in any case, with that being said, if you found this video helpful, don't forget to hit
3:22
like, subscribe, and thanks for watching
