hard reset this device through settings. So to get started you'll want to open up

your settings, scroll down and if you flick all the way down right at the top

then you'll find system and here you want to select the reset options and

choose erase all data factory reset. This will give you a message that performing

this will remove the listed items right here so things like Google account

system, apps and data, downloaded apps, music, photos and user data. If you have
