Hi everyone, in front of me I've got Poco X6 and let me share with you how to enable the night light or eye comfort mode
0:10
I'd like to start with the customization of this mode and after that I'll show you much much faster access to it
0:16
So let's begin with opening the settings and here we have to scroll to find the display
0:22
Now let's tap on the 3D mode as it is the name of the eye comfort mode in this device
0:29
Because it was turned on. All we have to do right now is to tap on the switcher to turn on the 3D mode
0:36
And I'm not really sure if you can see the change of the colors on the screen
0:40
Probably if I will change the mode it will be more visible. You can see that the screen turns a little bit yellowish or even amber
0:47
It is basically to order to filter the blue light and it will be much much easier for you to look at the screen at the dim light
0:56
So if you're a night owl then I highly recommend to use this mode. Basically we've got two different modes
1:02
Both will apply this yellow shield on the screen but on different terms
1:07
So in the cycle you can see that you can achieve optimal comfort by adjusting colors automatically based on up types and sunrise sunset times
1:16
So it is I would say more intelligent mode. And there is also a classic one so you can basically customize it
1:26
So let's tap on this arrow and as you can see we've got this section where we can customize it
1:32
So right now it is in the color temperature. It is right in the middle
1:36
By going to the left we can make it much much cooler. And to be honest I do not really see the difference between the coolest setting in this classic one and the 3D mode totally turned off
1:47
So I think it is a really subtle difference. So this is the coolest setting and the warmest one which is really really yellow
1:56
There we can see the preview or actually how it will affect the display in the colors
2:03
So you can see that they are much more warm obviously. There we've got also the texture option and basically in the classic one you will have it turned off completely
2:16
Setting it on the highest setting so on the right will add this paper like texture to the background
2:22
So it's up to you whether you like this effect or not. I'm not really sure if you can see it on the recording but maybe on the cooler setting
2:31
I'm not really sure if you can see that but yeah but the background is a little bit like sharp
2:39
Yeah basically like paper. So it's up to you whether you like it or not
2:44
Here you can also change the colors. So right now we've got full colors which are really vibrant
2:49
We can set light colors and you can see it on the preview that they are a little bit dull and washed out
2:56
But of course thanks to that your eyes will rest a little bit and you can set
3:03
I've accidentally just restored default. That's okay. You can also set black and white and as you can see everything will be displayed in black and white colors
3:12
Even the home screen etc. So it's up to you. I think I prefer full colors
3:18
So this is the customization of the modes. What is more we can schedule that option just up on the switcher and you can see that we can either custom period
3:27
So freely choose the start and the end time just by swiping
3:32
Or good night's read which simply means that your device will again use this sunset and sunrise roll kind of
3:41
It's location based as you can see. So it's really up to you
3:46
I think I will choose just a manual option. So you'll have to manually turn it on and off
3:51
All right. So this is the whole customization. I think that the explanation was really too long
3:57
So let's quickly move on to the shortcut because of course we can
4:01
We do not have to have to enter the settings whenever we want to turn on the reading mode
4:06
Simply unroll the top bar and let's look in. Let's look for the reading mode in those icons
4:12
I cannot see them so let's swipe. And as you can see the reading mode is right here
4:18
It is highlighted which means it is turned on. You can tap on it to turn it off and you can see that the screen gets back to its normal state
4:24
And of course the same situation if you want to turn it on. Just tap on this icon
4:29
All right. So that would be all. Thank you so much for watching
