First of all, open the settings. Then find and select and select wallpapers and style and click on change wallpapers. So you can pick one from

featured wallpapers, some picture from your gallery or a graphical and colors wallpaper

You can also enter wallpaper services. You have to be connected to network to have them

and then you can apply some dynamic lock screen from those options. So let me apply for example

locks. So as you can see it has been applied to lock screen and now let me change the home screen

by adding there my picture from gallery. This is actually a downloaded one. So I marked home
