Welcome! In front of me I have Garmin Instinct 2S

and I'm gonna show you how to change the date and time format on this watch

First we need to open the menu on our watch and you can do it by pressing and holding the menu

button. Once the menu opens you can use the up and down buttons to scroll through the menu

Scroll through the menu and select the system option and once you select it

press the GPS button to enter. Here scroll down, select the time option and press the GPS button

and then as you can see we have the options called time format and date format right here

at the top of the menu. Select the time format first, press the GPS and here you can select

12 hour, 24 hour and military. Select the one you like and press the GPS button to confirm

Next let's select the date format, press the GPS and here we have the day first, month second and

year last, month first, day second, year last and finally year first, month second and day last
