Welcome! In front of me I have Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and I'm gonna show
0:05
you how to factory reset this watch by using the phone application
0:14
Before we start if you want to factory reset your watch by using the phone
0:17
application your watch needs to be paired with a phone via the Galaxy
0:21
wearable application. Also make sure that the battery level on your watch is at
0:27
least above 30% because if the battery dies during the resetting process it
0:31
might damage your device. Okay now let's continue with the reset. So first we
0:37
need to open the Galaxy wearable application on the phone that is paired
0:41
with our watch. Let's tap on it to open it. In the app you should see the device
0:47
page for your Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. Now scroll down, tap on the watch settings
0:53
Here find the option called general and tap on it and then scroll all the way
1:01
down and tap on reset. And here we have this big reset button. You can also backup
1:11
your data like to the Samsung account if you're logged in into a Samsung account
1:16
by tapping on backup data before you reset your watch. We don't we won't do
1:21
that but if you'd like to do it tap right here and then it's gonna bring you
1:25
to backup data and here you can select the types of data you can you want to
1:29
backup and then it's gonna upload it to the Samsung account. Okay let's go back
1:38
because this is not loading for for now. Okay so to reset the watch simply tap on
1:44
this big reset button and the watch should start resetting itself. Also it
1:59
will disappear from the device page basically you won't see it anymore in
2:02
the application. And once you see the list of languages on the screen this
2:09
means that the factory reset is complete. Thank you for watching. If you found
