Hello, in this video I'm gonna show you how to perform factory reset on your Sony NW-A100 series

So in order to do this we'll need to open our options, go for the settings icon and then scroll all the way down, find the system, now press on advanced

here's the reset options and here's erase all data factory reset, so you'll need to press that
