Hi everyone, in front of me I've got Motorola Moto G22 and let me share with you how to

block a number on this device. So basically we've got two different ways to block a number

The first one is using directly your contact list, so the numbers you've got currently

saved or you can do it using let's say the dialer settings

Of course I'll show you both options. And using dialer settings will allow you to actually enter the number without saving it

So let's begin with the contact list. So let's open it. Here we have to find the contact we would like to block and tap on it

So let me pick this one. And here from this step we have to tap on the three dots icon in the right upper corner

As you can see almost at the very bottom of the list we've got the block numbers option

So let's tap and here your device will ask you if you really want to block this number

because you will no longer receive any incoming calls or text messages from it

I don't want to report it as a spam so let me untick this option and simply tap on block

And as you can see right here we've got the info, what's more we've got this characteristic

icon which will show us that we just successfully blocked this number

Of course you can unblock it the same way just by tapping on unblock numbers

But let me leave it like this, we will check if it will actually appear on the blacklist

So that was the very first way of blocking a number and just like I said using the contact list

And the second one is let's say using the settings and it doesn't really matter if it

will be only contacts, recent or favorites. Just tap on the three dots icon in the right upper corner and enter the settings

And as you can see in the general section we've got the blocked numbers so let's enter

and here we've got our blacklist. That's the number we just blocked from our contacts and so everything went fine

This option also works. So as I said at the very beginning of this video we can here add a number manually so

we do not have to have it saved. Just tap on add number and as you can see right here we've got the section in which

we can enter the number and tap on block. And as you can see it will immediately appear on the blacklist

What's more here we've got the option unknown and we can activate it just by tapping on

this switcher and thanks to this your device will be allowed to block the calls from all

unidentified callers. So that's quite cool and might be useful and of course you can turn it off the same way
