So at the very beginning let's start from the home screen. Let me find and select settings

Tap general tab and scroll down to the bottom of the list to choose about phone

Then you have to choose software info and here you should find build number

Let's tap a couple of times on this number and as you can see you are now a developer

You can go back to previous list and under backup and reset you've got developer options

Let's tap it. Read the warning on the screen and tap ok to confirm it

And as you can see here you have the full list of available developer features that

you can use on this device. Let's say for example that you would like to enable USB debugging so let's use debugging
