Hi everyone, in front of me I've got Oppo A1X and let me share with you how to block a number on this device

So basically we've got two different ways to do that. The first one by using our contact list so we can block a number which is currently saved

And the second one by using kind of the settings. Of course I'll show you both and I'd like to start with the contacts

So let's open your contact list. Find the contact you'd like to block and tap on it. And then tap on the three dots icon in the right upper corner

Pick block numbers and as you can see your device will ask you if you really want to block this number because you will no longer receive any incoming calls or text messages from it

So I don't want to report it as a spam and let me tap on block. And as you can see we've got this characteristic icon here. It is notified that this number is blocked

Of course you can unblock it the same way just by tapping here on the unblock numbers. But let me leave it like this. We will check if it will actually appear on the block list

So the second way is more like a manual way. You will be able to enter the number without having it saved. And right here it doesn't really matter if you will be on the contacts list or the favorites

Just tap on the three dots icon and enter the settings. Here we've got blocked numbers and as you can see we've been transferred to the list of blocked numbers

So the blacklist. That's the number we blocked from our contacts. So it worked. We've got it blocked. And as I said here we can add the number manually

So let's tap on add a phone number and as you can see we can simply enter it or paste it. Whatever. And then simply tap on block. As you can see it will immediately appear on the blacklist

What is more we've got this unknown option. You can turn it on or off just by tapping on the switcher. And it simply means that your device will be allowed to block the calls from all unidentified callers

Of course if you want you can unblock the numbers just by tapping on this X button right next to them
