Hi, in front of me I have Suunto Spartan Sport wrist HR and I'm gonna show you how to enable

the phone notifications on this device. First we need to open the Suunto application on our phone

Remember that our watch and our phone need to be paired together via this app for this

to work. Once the devices are paired, tap on this watch icon right here at the top and you should

see the Spartan Sport WHR page right here. On this page tap on the notifications on watch option and here we have the notifications settings

As you can see the options are greyed out, we can't change them because we need to first

allow the notification access. To do it tap on this allow button, then find the Suunto application right here on the list

of apps, tap on it and here enable the notification access by tapping on the switch and tapping

And here we have some options we can change. You can allow the permission for the phone contacts and call logs to enable the options

like showing calls on our watch, showing the caller ID and showing the caller ID

If you enable the telephone permission you will see the calls on your watch, basically

if somebody is calling on your phone you will get the notification on your watch who's calling you

If you enable contacts you will be able to see which contact is calling you, if it's

somebody from your contacts and if you enable call logs you will see what number is calling you

You can keep them denied if you want to but I'm just going to allow them for the sake

Now we can scroll down and at the bottom we have applications category and here we can

basically enable the notifications on our watch for these apps on this list

For example I want to enable the notifications for WhatsApp. You can do it by tapping on the switch next to WhatsApp and once the button is blue that

means the notifications are enabled for this app and you can enable it or disable the notifications
