Welcome and follow me as a T-Mobile, T-Phone and today I'll show you how we can hard reset this device through settings

So to get started let's open up our settings. Scroll all the way down to System

Select Reset Options and then select Erase All Data Factory Reset. This will bring up a message letting you know that Factory Resetting your device results and losing all the data that is listed right here

So your Google accounts though. Google accounts aren't deleted, they're just signed out

System, App Data and Settings, Downloaded Apps, Music, Photos and User Data

Now in reality the only things that really matter, at least what I'd consider, would be things that are stored locally on the phone

So for instance Music, Photos and User Data. So make a backup copy of whatever you want. If you have things in the cloud you don't need to worry about those

And once you have created the backup you can then proceed further by just going back here and then going through the Erase All Data twice

Or obviously if you don't want to backup your phone just do that right now. And this will now begin Factory Resetting our device

This entire process should take about 2-3 minutes maybe to finish up and once it has we will be presented with Android Setup screen
